Listen to the Children - Channel 4's Dispatches Documentary about foster 'care' leading to ritual abuse in Nottingham - was broadcast in 1990 - where min 22:25 points to fostering and adoption via the Local Council. ITV's Cook Report on Satanic Abuse was shown in 1989. 

Children for the Devil - Ritual Abuse and Satanic Crimes was written by Tim Tate who was a member of the Cook Report research team. 

His book was published in 1991 and covers cases in the US, Canada, Holland and the UK - some of which were successfully prosecuted, some were covered-up, others were horribly distorted. It confirms the experience of parents whose children were:

• snatched by Police and Social Services;
• handed to the abusive parent in secret family courts;
• forcibly adopted against their parents' will;
• sexually abused by foster parents or in care homes;
• molested, mutilated and murdered in rituals and satanic crimes.   

It closes with ten constructive proposals which, 25 years on, are still as valid. No 1 is to set up a Royal Commission!

The book also confirms what Dr Linda Stalley submitted to the Children's Commissioner's National Inquiry into the Child Sexual Exploitation in Gangs and Groups in 2012. The 8-page report Satanist Ritual Abuse of Children concludes: 

There is a need for an urgent, thorough and pro-active consideration of the
nature and extent of satanist ritual abuse of children, including a review of
court cases, police and legal procedure, and meetings with victims.

Similar to the Royal Commission into New South Wales Police in 1997 - with 15 pages on Satanic Ritual Abuse - this is therefore our request to establish a Royal Commission.
