There is a dolphin, living in a condemned stadium tank, filled with algae, completely filthy and basically uninhabitable based upon Miami-Dade's decision to condemn it. It's in a closed-off area at the complex, and the same thing already happened at this same aquarium with an Orca, Lolita, who tragically died.  Each day the tank he is within grows more dangerous. 

Dolphins are extremely social animals who need interaction on a regular basis, which this one is not getting. He just keeps swimming in circles alone with nothing to do. There is drone footage of him that is absolutely devastating. The video's author keeps trying to call the location about getting him removed and set free but isn't getting anywhere.
