The Issue
Sesame Street made media history by introducing Julia, a muppet with Autism. They've teamed up with several Autism organizations to help portray her accurately. Unfortunately one of these organizations is Autism Speaks a group that demonizes and tries to "cure" Autism. A character as remarkable and important as Julia shouldn't be associated with this group.
