Today marks the 7th anniversary of Kevin Clash's resignation! It was a sad day! And all of us huge fans will never forget about that day! And I just wish that he would just already come back to "Sesame Street" as the puppeteer and voice of Elmo, and also, Hoots the Owl, in which, I'm about to get to momentarily! But first off, it's been 7 years right now! Can you believe that?! 7 YEARS!!! And now, I will get to Hoots the Owl! Here goes!

I just heard that new voice for Hoots the Owl, which is right now done by Christopher Thomas Hayes, who was best known for his roles on the MTV series Teen Wolf (which was loosely based on the 1985 film of the same name with Michael J. Fox of the Back to the Future movies), and The CW series The Vampire Diaries. And I will tell you all, that, I was just not too happy with it at all! Why? Well, because, first of all, besides Elmo, Kevin Clash also originally performed Hoots the Owl, too, until his resignation. And since Kevin Clash is still away from Sesame Street, they had to find somebody else to perform Hoots the Owl. And it just took them, once again, 7 years! And they couldn't wait anymore for Kevin Clash to, hopefully, and someday, return!
