We hope this phase of the public hearings does provide insights into the Departments of Educations knowledge of, and role in, several alleged perpetrators of child sexual abuse including three of these perpetrators the Inquiry has named - Gary Arthur Mitchell, Grahame (Graham) Harold Steele, and David Ernest Keith MacGregor - being employed at numerous government schools over a significant period of time.

We know how devastating the betrayal of Government Deparments historically repeatedly failing to keep children entrusted with their care safe, in the institutions they managed, is for victim/survivors, families and communities. These are wounds that run deep.
We are grateful for all our supporters. We are stronger together.
