I am here because there is a serial rapist that has been active in Utah for over 10 years. I know this man personally, I grew up with him and many of his victims. During the Summer of 2020 a movement #UtahRapists uncovered at least 30 victims and many more have shared their stories publicly since. Many women have filed reports, almost all of them have been told its been too long, not enough evidence, or just haven't heard back from their detectives.
