TOP gets a 2 yr suspension in place of 10mos in Prison

Great news everyone, TOP does not have to serve a prison term unless he goes against the courts orders. I am personally extremely happy about this especially since the last I had read the prosecutors were going to appeal the judgement against the witch (being nice) who started all of this. It is with great hope that T.O.P. will stay away from her and choose wisely on his future girlfriends (it had been stated that they had dated up until a week after they had smoked). I still personally believe that she should get more then what they gave her. Not just because she smoked pot with T.O.P. but because she caused him to suffer so much and especially because he almost died. None of this should have ever happened and hopefully, God Willing, nothing like this will ever happen again. I appreciate all of you who signed this petition. I wish for everyone to please keep T.O.P. in your thoughts and prayers that he will get through the next 2 yrs without and incidents and that since he will probably have to go back into the service that the time he has already served in the military will be counted toward his 2yrs.
