It has been stated that Choi Seung Hyun could end up serving up to 5 yrs in prison for failing a drug test for smoking pot or a fine of 50 million won ($44,560 us) after he finishes his mandatory military service. He owned up to smoking pot on 3 different occasions according to the news report. I'm asking that all of Bigbang's V.I.P.'s ban together and show T.O.P. (Choi Seung Hyun) the love and support by signing this petition asking the prosecutors to not ask for a prison sentence.
