Response to T.O.P. responding on Instagram plus court

ok, so some of you may not agree with me and that is ok. I read shortly after it came out but due to unforeseen circumstances I am just now getting to respond. There was some negative comments on T.O.P. liking a post on instagram. I'm sorry but was he suppose to just sit in a padded room and stare at the wall blankly (no, I am not saying that he is in a padded room). I mean seriously, shouldn't he be trying to have some normalcy. If he felt well enough to like a post and even if he felt like making a post then we should be happy for him. So enough said on that subject. I haven't necessarily seen any more updates on him except that the prosecutors are planning to have court at the end of this month. I am worried about what will happen. The girl who smoked with T.O,P. basically got a slap on the wrist according to their own laws and now the prosecutors are wanting to appeal her sentence. This is not a good sign since they are obviously out to get the maximum. Now I personally think she should get some prison time for 1. being stupid 2. causing our T.O.P. to go through such an awful ordeal 3. did I say she was stupid. Anyhow, we are growing here and we have a LOOONNNNNGGGGG way to go to get the numbers up to hopefully be noticed. I would like to encourage you all to copy the link and share this petition on ALL of your social media pages and to encourage your friends and family to help our cause. I have said it before and I will keep saying it until he is a free man and doesn't have this hanging over him. He didn't do anything wrong enough to warrant a possible up to 5 yrs prison sentence. He admitted that he smoked pot 8 months ago. He passed the piss and the blood test but failed the hair test. Which means that he hadn't done it since then. They want to ruin a mans reputation for smoking pot. Seriously this is not right. If he was selling it, growing it (which btw according to wikipedia is legal in South Korea) or providing it to minors then I could understand but not for smoking it 8 months ago with that girl. Please lets make this petition go viral. Thank you all that are supporting this cause.
