As a frequent visitor and a fan of your town, I beg for you to consider handing out harsh penalties to the individuals who constantly stalk the set of AMC's The Walking Dead. I have seen over the past two years what these people are doing to beautiful Downtown Senoia and their nuisance to the production of The Walking Dead. If action isn't taken soon someone is going to get hurt. People are climbing trees, crawling through storm drains, polluting the beautiful landscape, impeding the flow of traffic, harassing the production crew and have gone as far as taking personal property from celebrities who work on the show. These repeat offenders are hurting the local economy by making it impossible for tourists to enjoy the sites who travel from all over the world to enjoy Senoia. They are forcing the production to constantly push back the boundaries and hire extra security to keep the set safe. Also the increased police presence required to monitor these daily offenders should not be necessary. On a daily basis they leave trash behind and block the flow of traffic by jaywalking and crowding the base camp. I think all people should be able to enjoy the presence of the production, but to do it daily, weekly and throughout the filming schedule is not acceptable. Please consider this and take action against the repeat offenders. The tourists should be allowed to visit, it is the offenders from surrounding areas who do it on a daily basis that are affecting the production and humbleness of beautiful Downtown Senoia.
