The hospitals and community in Hawai'i are being overwhelmed by unprecedented wildfires. We need to act now as the people of Hawai'i deserve every ounce of support we can muster.

The U.S. has hospital ships that would serve their purpose extremely well for this disaster. The USNS Mercy (T-AH-19) and the USNS Comfort (T-AH-20) are the two ships available to serve this purpose. These ships are unmistakable, with their gleaming bright white hulls and huge red crosses painted on their sides. Medical supplies expire just like the milk at the grocery store, so let's use them and put those ships and their amazing crews to work for our fellow citizens!

Response times to previous disasters on our nation's islands and territories have often felt delayed. We can’t let that happen to the People of Hawai’i. As Hawai'i begins to repair and heal after the fires, these ships could arrive in Hawai'i to deliver urgent care. Sign this today and contact your local congressional representative! Thank you!
