The Issue
The government can certainly apply less intrusive means to serve public health purposes that will not violate anyone’s civil liberties.
Notably, the misnamed “Mandatory Infants and Children Health Immunization Act of 2011” (RA 10152) contains no penalty for non-vaccination.
WHEREAS, the breakdown of our national budget must be allocated to much needed matter that should be the top priorities, such as Agriculture being the key driver of our economy, shaping the country’s economic growth that is now dying.
The national defense to guard and protect our nation from external and internal threats considering the issue on the disputed island on the South China sea.
The national budget and management must be allocated proportionately, whereas it may cover the budget on public works and highways, education and infrastructures. We have also to consider the many fortuitous event and natural catastrophes that may beset our nation such as volcanic eruption, earthquake, destructive typhoons, floods and as such.
WHEREAS, in order for the achievement of the theme of this year’s budget, as Avisado said, is “Reset, Rebound, and Recover: Investing for Resiliency and Sustainability. “, we must use every centavos of the people's taxes wisely.
Furthermore, it is therefore unnecessary to pass a Bill that would imposed mandatory vaccine and passport vaccine that would hinder business people in their business travel that had an adverse effect in our economy to the point of penalizing people as was introduced in the Senate.
Employers are exploring their options for mandating or encouraging workers to get COVID-19 vaccinations.

IN FINALITY, WE WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT THE SPIRITUAL AND MORAL DAMAGE THIS BILL WILL INFLICT NOT ONLY TO THE PERSON ITSELF BUT TO THE WHOLE NATION.
As Christians we believe that the purpose and design of God to humanity as His creation, created in His image and likeness must be preserved as written in Genesis 1. Our DNA is like a blueprint of our soul which is another sacred thing believing that our Body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Thus, anything that the modern science will altered this is against our Christian faith.
Since COVID-19 has the capability to alter our DNA and RNA, we are not taking the vaccine but prefer other natural means to strengthen our immune system to fight this virus.
