Guam has a great need for a 24hr Pet Hospital/Clinic. Having to watch your pet/family member in so much pain with nothing you can do is one of the worst feeling you could ever go through. We the community want to give our pets/family members a fighting chance to survive at any time of day. We as owners have the obligation to provide them with the best care possible, but due to Bill 112-36 we cannot provide them with much needed care after hours. We must wait until the next business day, if they were to make it past the night/weekend/holiday. Most do not, therefore we the owners/families are left with the despair of losing them.
