Thank you for taking the time to read this petition. I am a mother of four children who have been  abused by their father. This is medically documented by multiple professionals who have reported that the children will be re-victimized if forced back into reunification with their perpetrator-father. Father admitted twice under oath to viewing child pornography. Father has political connections and there is a serious conflict of interest regarding the Judge in the children’s County of residence. The Court appointed representatives are refusing to include all of the evidence that protects the children, and to follow the recommendations of the children’s therapists that the children should not be forced into reunification with their perpetrator-father or they will be re-victimized.

The Court is about to force the three youngest children into Court Ordered reunification with their perpetrator-father against their will and the therapist recommendations. I will be unable to protect the children once the Court orders this. Please sign this petition requesting that the children be protected from their perpetrator and not forced into reunification with him. We are requesting that all of the evidence pertaining to the child victims be included as part of the court record including the expert reports and prior trial evidence. This will protect the children from their perpetrator-father. On behalf of the children we are pleading for a new custody trial hearing and that the children’s case be permanently transferred to a County where there is no conflict of interest with the Judge or any of her colleagues. We are also requesting that the confidential Court documents and evidence that is available from the prior Custody be admissible as evidence on behalf of the child victims. We are pleading that the Court and legal documents also be transferred to a County where there is no conflict of interest regarding the minor children. Please be a voice for the children.
