Please sign this petition to stop Arizona Senate bill 1169 which will take away Arizona Drivers rights to Affordable and zero deductible glass coverage for their vehicles. Senator Karen Fann has proposed a bill that will strip away the rights of the Arizona Driver to obtain Full Glass Coverage on their personal and commercial vehicles. The current Insurance laws allow people to pay a premium on their coverage that covers Glass damage to the vehicle without paying a higher Premium for loss. There are already restrictions in place to prevent fraud and it is the insurance companies job to pay to investigate claims of abuse to the system.  The implement of SB1169 would cause undue hardships on customers as well as Auto Glass Service providers. Customers will pay higher install prices and shops will lose Profits they rely on to stay in business. Please stop this bill from passing.
