As the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic hit from late March 2020 through mid-May 2020, patients were admitted into egregiously ill prepared Hospitals, not just only across the 5 Boroughs and the United States but the world;  these patients were brought to these hospitals and Emergency Rooms seeking and in hope of treatment, a chance of recovery and a chance at life...The majority of patients were "TAKEN" from their loved ones, they were isolated, they were not allowed the right to have their designated Health Care Proxy or their "Power of Attorney" advocate their Patients Rights!  These patients were NOT ALLOWED to discharge themselves or have their family members, next of kin or spouses discharge them from the hospital...  These patients were NOT "admitted", they were UNLAWFULLY IMPRISONED and some kept against their will.  Being denied the right of choice; a choice to seek Holistic Alternative Medicine instead, the right to battle this horrid virus on their own or the choice of dying peacefully, in the comforts or their own homes.  These patients were denied the ability to even receive their last rites and/ or prayers of whichever denomination, church or religious organization they may have been part of...THESE ACTS WERE “UNCONSTITUTIONAL”, denying and breeching the 1st amendment which includes and states: “the right to freedom of religion”.  

These patients were all treated as if the were already diagnosed with Covid-19, even before the testing results were back.  These PEOPLE were denied and stripped of their BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS.  Some of these patients were "medically" and "physically restrained" with the use of wrist, chest and even ankle restraints,  they were administered treatments despite not consenting to them.  The lack of medical care, attention and negligence was shameful.  There was no hope for these patients to look forward to, just the bleak reality of knowing they will most likely die without being able to see, say "Good Bye" or "I Love You" to their children, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, wives, husbands or loved ones for the last time.  These people were being left to die with no way of letting their families know what was happening, or how they were being treated...

For those patients who could NOT advocate for themselves, Doctors and Nurses made decisions that only designated family members or spouses should be allowed to make. 

Yesterday, 6/16/20, on his briefing on the Coronavirus outbreak, Governor Cuomo stated "hospitals will now be allowed to accept visitors at their discretion" and as of Friday, 6/19/20, Group homes will also...again "at their discretion".  This is in pursuant to State guidelines to have limited visits, use of PPE, temperature checks, etc.  This is not the case for nursing homes.  He evaded a press question that was asked at least 2 times by a female journalist concerning patients having the "RIGHT" to have an "ADVOCATE"....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKoQc1MSxR4

Why are these "ENTITIES" being given the "POWER AND AUTHORITY" to decide, who gets to see their loved ones and family members?  Why were the Hospitals given the "power and authority" to decide which patients are treated with priority, how and what treatments they were to be given and ultimately, who dies and who got a fighting chance at life and recovery during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic?  The families of these patients were not being contacted by the Physicians or Nurses or Patient Liaisons via phone to authorize any of these treatments or even made aware of the torment and atrocities their loves ones were subjugated to endure during this time in the hospitals, which has become one of the worst human death tolls in history.   "THIS WAS OPPRESSION AT IT'S GREATEST LEVEL".

Families...How many of you have requested release of your deceased loved one's Medical Records?  IT IS A MUST TO DO SO!...Despite what tweaking may have been done.  Medical Records are legal documents that "SHOULD" be recorded promptly, accurately and with no falsified statements or information.

BLACK LIVES MATTERS...COVID LIVES MATTER...Covid-19 did not discriminate, not by color, race or age...what did discriminate was whom were deeming "ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEES"...whether on a Government level or Business level.

The majority of these "Essential Workers" were and still are Black and Brown people, the "Blue Collar Workers", mostly earning low to median wages, just trying to provide food for their families, pay the rent and make the ends meet...All the while, we have the "WHITE Collar Workers", "Upper Management", conveniently being deemed "Non Essential";  being able the comfortably and SAFELY work from home...Being able to care for their children during the closure of schools due to the Pandemic...Not all, but yes the majority of these "Non Essential", "Work from Home" employees, surely were not and are not Black and Brown people of color.  There is a reality in this "great" place we call "America", that has been slapping us in the face for centuries..."RACISM"; No matter how blatant or how discreetly masked it is. 

The Black Lives Matter Movement goes hand in hand with all the lives that were lost during this Covid-19 Pandemic.  Whether this Virus was manmade or a natural occurrence, this is no longer the issue.  The real issues are these people, especially the "Essential Workers", "Our Heroes", as the President, Governor and Mayor so like to coin them.  These people were put at a "Heighten Health and Safety Risk" much more than most.  Even as the City and States continue to reopen, there are still so many people on the front lines...and STILL so many safely being protected in their homes, safely behind their computer screens. 

~~~So while the hospitals have been given "IMMUNITY", what have the children, spouses and loved ones of "Our Fallen Heroes" been given?

I do not blame all the healthcare workers. They are people just like you and I, they were trying to do and keep their jobs, doing what their bosses told them to do with little to no real effective treatment options, fear of themselves becoming infected, mass chaos and no organization within the hospitals and inappropriate or very limited Personal Protective Equipment...THE FACT is that THESE healthcare workers DO know what ACTUALLY happened in these hospitals and nursing homes!   God sees all, never forget that fact!   To witness EVIL and not take a stand or speak out against it is "MORALLY" wrong!  Many of these Doctors and Nurses took an oath once: "primum non nocere", which is Latin and translates to "first, do no harm".

I am not holding all HealthCare Workers responsible...but "SOMEONE" has to be held accountable for these atrocities that were allowed to happen and whoever it is  protecting the people that caused these inflictions!!!!   Ask yourself, who granted the hospitals immunity?  How can the World Health Organization or any Government official, at any level just sit back and calmly state "WE WERE SIMPLY NOT PREPARED" for this Pandemic? 

During Obama's term, there was a "Pandemic Play" book which was developed and a group of Doctors and Scientists put in place in preparation of such emergency, health crisis,pandemic, etc...now ask yourself, why?  Or better yet "WHO" disassembled that?

"REPARATIONS" needs to be sought out, fought for and paid to these grieving, mourning families and children of "LOST LOVED ONES".  This occurrence did not just "not happen"...it is far too real for well over 116,000 families and that is just within the United States.  

Please help our family to help your family and even the families of people you may know to get a Class Action Lawsuit, Bill and/or Law passed; "German's Gift" in his honor, to get Reparations for our loved ones who were "taken" and see to it, this shall never be allowed to happen ever again!
