Dear All, 

We have good news, but first I'd like to thank you for all the support and feedback given. Last week, Senator Crowe has withdrawn bill 73 in Louisiana, so there is no proposal to ban kratom! 

He and the other lawmakers have received many protests and seen the petition online that you signed. This has helped a lot to change their minds. The senator remains however concerned about possible abuse by youngsters and will propose an age limit for kratom users to 18 years. We can understand and respect this. 

We hope that you will be ready again next time to protest with us,whenever another state or region decides to place kratom on the controlled substances list. But hopefully this will not be necessarily soon.
