Stop Drilling and Save Man's Last Untouched National Wildlife Refuge

Stop Drilling and Save Man's Last Untouched National Wildlife Refuge
The Issue
The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) has recently been opened to oil and gas drilling, this was the work of the senate after they passed a taxation bill allowing this during the Trump administration. The reason for the urgency is not only to save thousands of miles of pure untapped land but to save all the wildlife that lives in ANWR. this will not only drive wildlife away but for the natives that live there, their homes will be destroyed, on top of this, the cost and taxation of drilling will skyrocket and don't even get started on the energy system that will NOT sustain itself and will prove to be detrimental to our planet.
To me doing all of this just to get more of what we already have just to make the rich richer is a complete waste of time and resources. If they do come in drill, it will cost millions and after they are done it will just become another ghost town where plant and animal life will not return or prosper in anyway. The only thing that we can do at this point is to show support and sign petitions so the senate can realize what they're actually doing to our planet and ultimately reverse their bill. The Trump Administration passed this bill right before he "left" office to make his lasting impression but we still have time to make a change!
