REPARATIONS AND REMOVAL OF CLAUSE IN 13TH AMENDMENT SANCTIONING SLAVERY OF PRISONERS!!
The Issue
A diabolical campaign of terror carried out by multiple European countries and Euro Americans including the United States government, against Black African people with specific intent to harm and enslave for financial gain & generational wealth. Brutally maintaining the campaign by any means necessary. The plan was set in motion centuries ago and continues up to the present day; 500 years later and counting. African people were captured and enslaved and brought to America against their will, worked to death, with very little to no food or clothing; never receiving a dime for their labor. Black African men, women, and children were raped, beaten, humiliated, treated as chattel, had their children and families ripped apart literally and figuratively. I am living proof of the torture, rapes, and beatings women in my family endured. My 2nd Great Grandmother Miranda who was born a slave produced by rape and so was her daughter Martha, my Great Grandmother on my late Mother's side. My late Father was born in 1935 Alabama he was also produced by rape, and there was no justice for my Grandmother Ruth who was only 13 years old when she was brutally violated by a White man impregnating her. Ruth couldn't go to the Police, nor could the men in her family retaliate or the entire family would've been murdered. Unfortunately, my Grandmother Ruth was too young for motherhood and also couldn't stand to look at my Father because he looked the bastard that raped her, Ruth gave my Father to cousins who couldn't have children. They took him to another state and raised him as their own son. My Grandmother Ruth internalized her trauma which, I believe caused her to develop stomach cancer. Sadly, she died very young. The egregious reality of the 13th amendment, is that it was supposed to abolished slavery in America. However, this amendment came with a clause sanctioning slavery of prisoners; allowing slavery by another name "peonage" to continue. Imprisoning free Black African men, women and children, placing them on chain gangs and forcing their continued labor free of charge building one of the richest countries in world which we now call America. Peonage was supposedly outlawed, yet it morphed into the law enforcement and the penal systems we have today. Hence, the reason African Americans are 7x more likely to be murdered by police and disproportionately fill the prisons. Including, placing our children in foster care, state welfare, juvenile detentions and other agencies. Where they are tortured, raped, beaten, murdered, and trafficked. America was built on anti Black African laws, policies, and rhetoric. While exponentially increasing its wealth from a plan devised centuries ago to collectively keep its Black African population enslaved. Once slavery was supposedly abolished, African pheasants who toiled for hundreds of years building and giving the country an economy. Were left with absolutely nothing. No food, money, or housing halting Black people from gaining economic stability, or sustainability in any form. By discrimination in employment, healthcare, housing, & education. Which, has left myself including millions more to remain stagnant and in a state of constant turmoil. Yet the government gave away land free of charge out in the mid west with the Homesteading act to newly arriving European pheasants. America's apartheid government created new laws sanctioning slavery by other names during the Jim Crow era with "Black Codes" including red lining and many more.. Law Enforcement are specifically instructed to arrest, brutalize, murder, falsely accuse and even plant weapons / drugs on innocent Black African citizens including children in the country. This is how America maintains it's wealth. The government drives mass incarceration and the majority of prisons are privatized, proving that vast sums of money are still being made from the pain and suffering of Black people. Who are being held for years without ever being formally charged with a crime or receiving a trial. The time is long over due, America must atone for it's greatest and most abiding sin of systemic slavery and African genocide by paying substantial monetary reparations to the surviving descendants of the transatlantic slave trade & removing the clause in the 13th amendment that sanctions slavery of prisoners. Together we can remove America's claws from the Black population ending slavery once and for all!!
