Petition update

Fantastic support from everywhere!

Feb 16, 2015 — Thanks everyone for helping this petition go viral. From 143 on Sunday afternoon, to over 4500 now, it's quite a jump! It's a relief for me to know that I am not the only person whose heart is breaking at the plight of homeless people in Manchester. See the MEN interview with John who sleeps near Selfridges. I pass by him and speak to him on a regular basis. He's looking after two dogs at the moment, one belongs to a friend of his.

I've also been interviewed on ITV and BBC North West programmes.

From people who are setting up soup kitchens outside Selfridges, to people who are going to bring pillows along to put on the spikes, to people who have simply signed and shared, I'd like to thank each and every one of you.

Cathy
