Replace current Sonic, Shadow and Amy voice actors

Replace current Sonic, Shadow and Amy voice actors
The Issue
Voice acting in video games is a necessity, it's a way to help players form an emotional connection with the characters, and help understanding the latter's inner depth personalities. SEGA has been disappointing their fans with bad voice actor choices, and believe it or not, this damages everyone involved. Some characters sound too annoying, and make the players want to skip every single cutscene when those are involved, or make them completely out of character which makes the fans go " 'The hell? Who is this? This is not the (insert random character) I know! What happened?!"
Roger Craig Smith as Sonic the hedgehog - First time I heard him, I was caught completely out of guard (not in the nicest way), his voice makes Sonic sound completely out of character. He's supposed to be a edgy, carefree, cool and laid back sort of guy, but his current voice makes him sound like a douche who is always judging your every move and is constantly being a jerk towards everyone (mainly villains, I know villains and heroes are not supposed to talk nice to each others, but please don't make it like Lost World where it's practically a sitcom full of cheesy jokes "oh you should take a bath" or "two words: diet and exercise!" I mean... com'on this is not a kiddy cuddly cartoon). There's a lot of controversy between Jason and Ryan's performance, but pretty much everyone agrees and if both of their performances where to be united into only on, we could have the best Sonic voice ever. So do that, find someone who can bring out Drummond's edginess and Griffith's badassiness with the right amount of cheesiness to replace Craig.
Cindy Robinson as Amy Rose - I don't know what SEGA was trying to do here, but making Amy sound like Minnie Mouse was a bad move. She is a current character, meaning that she'll appear quite a lot, if you make her sound annoying, you have a problem, several actually. I don't know even one person who likes Cindy's taken on Amy, and have read some really rude things judging her performance. (please guys let's not be rude, yes, she sounds annoying as Amy but it's not her fault, if you want to blame someone, blame the voice directors, so let's all be respectful about this) Sonic Adventure was Amy's growth-spurt near the end of the game, but instead of building on her growth, SEGA stopped right there. In short, Amy's gotten more annoying, both character wise and her new voice. She has a great potential out of most Sonic characters, and would be the most fascinating to watch grow from her closed bubble, for both Amy-lovers and Amy-haters. Many forget that her importance for being in the game is to be the Voice of Reason. Her violent and unreasonable tendencies block out what she is by heart more than her original obsession did - a character who guides everyone through the dark with her boundless hope, from an emotionless robot to a single-minded artificial lifeform, and continues to have faith in everyone. Because of her less meaningful roles as a character and annoying new voice, no one really sees any of this.
Kirk Thorton as Shadow the hedgehog - I know you saw this one coming. Out of all of the new voice actors, this guy was the one who received the most hate, and I cannot disagree with the fans. Since his resurrection, Shadow has went from "Intelligent Hottie" to "Badass Hottie," and too often zips back and forth between the two personalities. Some of you probably haven't noticed, but Shadow has lost numerous fans and respect after "Sonic Adventure 2/Sonic Adventure 2: Battle" and has gained stereotypes and cliche-comparisons more than before. Jason Griffith made him sound like an emo who destroys everything in his way, creating the new "badass" attitude which constantly defeats his character's inner depth, rendering those blind to it. It would be nice for him to continue his Sage-mindset more, to separate himself from the other Sonic characters completely, and make him much more unique than they are, as his background already is. And Kirk's arrival only made matters worse. Because of that emo attitude Jason established before and the new I-don't-care-about-anyone-but-me-friendship-sucks attitude from Kirk's performance, people forgot that Shadow is naturally a quiet, mature, and reserved character who is not easily angered and has an honor code, and IS considerate of others.
