Make Jet Set Radio Future compatible with Xbox One

Make Jet Set Radio Future compatible with Xbox One
The Issue
Jet Set Radio Future is a sequel to the cult-classic Jet Grind Radio released in 2002 only for Xbox. The game’s cel-shaded style and catchy music has led the game to develop a following that loves the game and everything it has to offer. Jet Set Radio Future was backwards-compatible with the Xbox 360 so players were able to play on their tv with a sharp hdmi connection. A select amount of original Xbox games were made playable on the Xbox 360 via emulation designed in-house by Microsoft game studios. Though the emulator is quite impressive due to the limited hardware they were working with, it had its fair share of issues. One of those issues was lag. Jet Set Radio suffered plenty of framerate issues on the 360, making it the inferior way to play compared to playing on the original Xbox. But now we can potentially have an experience superior to the 360 version. Heck, even the original Xbox release. In 2017 Microsoft announced backwards-compatibility for original Xbox games on the Xbox One family of systems. This time around, the emulation is great and some games even have enhancements when played on the Xbox One X that give them 4K and HDR support. If Jet Set Radio Future were made compatible with the Xbox One, not only would it be the superior way to play, it would introduce the game to a whole new generation of gamers.
