Today, the first teaser for the "Sonic the Hedgehog" movie was shown, and it's not receiving positive feedback. Sonic's design was revealed and it is not no where close to the source material it's adapting.  Sonic the Hedgehog gets a bad reputation nowadays, from games like Sonic Boom, and Sonic Forces, this drastic change in design would be the final nail in the coffin for the franchise. Most notably in his design here, where are his gloves, and what are those shoes? It's what makes Sonic, Sonic!

So please, I know film development can be tough, I know. But this change can't go unnoticed. Thank you in Advance.
