
Arachova:
In January, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Anastasia Masoura, had asked the Prosecutor of the First Instance of Livadia for urgent preliminary examinations in the case of Oliver's death.
The first concerns the verification of "any ex official prosecution of punishable acts after the announcement by ELAS and the report in the printed and electronic press about the existence of a dangerous pack of dogs in Arachova".
At the same time, she asked for an urgent preliminary examination to be carried out "in order to verify the possible execution of ex official criminal acts, such as violation of articles 251, 252 of the Criminal Code, and the identification of the perpetrators regarding the leakage of confidential documents from the case file from the ongoing police preliminary investigation, regarding the death of of a husky dog named Oliver in the town of Arachova on 28-11-2023 and specifically of the expert opinion carried out by the professor of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Athens. Mr. Nikolaos Papaioannou, who even gave interviews and comments on it on television stations".
Two documents are submitted as attachments to the second preliminary order: a) Publication-complaint of the lawyer Antonio Zapantis and b) website publication.
