What can we do besides try

I want to say that I appreciate each and everyone's support. In reality this decision only comes down to one person, the district attorney of Palo Pinto county. While this petition may help play a part in his decision, the sad reality is that death penalty trials are exhausting  and if every jury member does not agree, then it defaults to life in prison with no parole anyway.  I do not believe that this scumbag lowlife deserves to breathe in the air that we breathe.  He made a choice of a long life of crime and was not a productive citizen of society when he without much care at all killed my baby girl.  Regardless of the outcome I just want to say that I appreciate each and every one of you who have signed and shared this petition.
