20 year old Kaleb Ramsey, a young man with his whole life ahead of him, is being wrongfully indicted for a crime he did not commit. He is being forced to bear the blame for a topic that has not been scientifically confirmed or factually supported. 

Kaleb finds himself in a horrifying situation after being associated with a fatal shooting incident. It is crucial to clarify that Kaleb did not carry a weapon at the time of the scene nor was he the one to fire the fatal shot that tragically ended Isiah Fitzgerald's life. Isiah's last words "I'm hit" still echo in the midst of this confusion, leaving unanswered questions about who held the weapon at the fatal moment. The only individuals to have been armed were Karson & Levi Morgan, ( Isiah's friends ) who were let go & Tanner Watkins, ( Kaleb’s co defendant ) who has since been released of all charges.

This is where the prosecution's case weakens. During the trial, forensic professionals and an autopsy witness testified that they could not confirm the piece of metal recovered from Isiah Fitzgerald's body come from Kaleb Ramsey, they also were not able to prove what kind of bullet the metal come from or if the piece of metal had come from a bullet . This testimony continues to be overlooked, with Kaleb's life hanging in the balance.

This petition is personal. Kaleb is a son, a brother, an uncle, a friend and I find it unbearable to see him being wrongfully pinned for a crime he did not commit while the actual culprits are walking free. Our flawed justice system is about to snatch away a bright future and a life that holds so much potential. 

We demand a fair review of Kaleb's case, the inclusion of the forensic reports in the evidence, and his exoneration from these unfounded charges that are tarnishing his name and our family's reputation.
