Seek Justice for Exploited Lady in Kerala's Koothattukulam District

Seek Justice for Exploited Lady in Kerala's Koothattukulam District
The Issue
Our plea originates from an extremely personal and devastating situation involving an innocent woman THANKAMMA in Koothattukulam district, Kerala, who is experiencing severe harassment and mental abuse from her own brother (THANKACHAN, his Wife MEERA THANKACHAN His four daughter's NEVILE, NEOBLE, NEOPLE, NEODNIA, and NEVILE'S Husband ANEESH, & THEIR COUSIN BROTHER ALPHIN JOY) . My aunt, an unmarried and strong-hearted lady, is being tormented by my uncle, his wife, and their four daughters and elder daughter's husband and their cousin brother . They have taken the exploitation to such an extent that they've used their elder daughter's child as a weapon, filing false complaints against my innocent aunt. Also we are financial poor family so we can't reach out to her she is alone at home with 92 year old mother and they keep torturing both of them she is also 66 years old lady
Ignoring her pleas for mercy, they have left her with nowhere to go. Despite her attempts to seek help from local authorities, including the police, women's cell, RDO, district collector, and court, she is yet to receive any form of justice but instead confronted with verbal and mental abuse. In India, over 5 lakhs of elder abuse cases were reported in 2020 (source: HelpAge India). This statistic terrifyingly reflects the magnitude and prevalence of such inhumane crimes.
My aunt is known for her kindness and honesty. This injustice against her is a stab to our faith in humanity. We must ensure her voice is finally heard, and she receives the justice she desperately seeks. Let's collectively request that appropriate legal actions be taken against her tormentors swiftly. Her case symbolizes the countless silent victims of family abuse in our society, whose voices are suppressed and pleas unheard. Let's not stand anymore as silent spectators. Your signature can provide a beacon of hope for my aunt and many others like her. Kindly sign this petition declaring your support, and let's bring justice to my struggling aunt.
