Seek Justice for Dalilah Batey: A Call for Immediate Action

The Issue

Our precious daughter, Dalilah Batey, was just 12 years old, filled with dreams and boundless potential. The day of February 9th, 2025, her life was unexpectedly and unfairly cut short. It is unbearable to think that while Dalilah is gone, the person responsible for her death is still free among us. Our family is devastated and we are pleading for justice.

Dalilah was a bright young girl whose promising future was senselessly robbed from her and us. The pain of losing her leaves an indelible mark on our hearts, one that can only begin to heal when justice is truly served. As a community, we must demand action and transparency in the investigation of her tragic passing.

The current lack of accountability in our justice system must be addressed. We are calling on law enforcement agencies and local officials to prioritize this case and dedicate all necessary resources to identify, apprehend, and prosecute the individual responsible for Dalilah's death.

According to the National Center for Victims of Crime, only 46% of violent crimes in the United States are ever solved. This leaves families in despair, longing for closure and justice for their loved ones. We must not let Dalilah become another statistic.

Please, stand with us in seeking truth and justice for Dalilah. By signing this petition, you are joining a collective voice demanding that our local justice system act decisively. Your support can help ensure that Dalilah's case receives the attention it deserves and that her killer faces the full force of the law.

Let's come together as a community to honor Dalilah's memory and to seek the justice she so rightfully deserves. Sign and share this petition to help bring peace to a grieving family and justice to our beloved daughter. Together, we can make a difference.
