Even though dogs claim the title as 'Mans Best Friend', cats are the worlds most popular pets outnumbering dogs by as many as three to one. Not surprisingly, cats have increased in popularity in recent years. For starters, they often cost less to care for than dogs and are considered low maintenance. They are playful, intelligent and don't make you feel bad when you leave them!  

Sadly, 3 years ago the SEEHOA passed a ruling stating that new homeowners will not be allowed to bring cats onto the estate. As a 'family' estate and an avid cat lover, I find this ruling unfair and would like to be able to bring this matter back up for voting at Simbithi's next AGM (October 2020). In order to do this, I need at least 150 votes from Simbithi homeowners. If you have cats or you would like to add a cat or two to your family in the future, please vote to have this ruling changed.
