Raykesha Hardyway starved/tortured an animal (Bowie) whom she then threw away like trash. She has been charged with a simple misdemeanor and the community does not stand for this. The community demands she face the full force of the law and answer to her crimes against this innocent life. We demand she be charged with a felony under The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act (PACT). What she did is reprehensible and the community demands a maximum sentence for her crimes.
