Dear Neighbors,

Valley Ranch is a premiere suburb in Irving with excellent desirability. Recently there has been an increase in petty theft and grand theft auto incidences that negatively affect the residency of this great community. We propose to mirror Las Colinas, our neighboring suburb to contract Night Patrol through the public streets.

Hopefully with installed camera system, neighborhood watch programs and nightly patrol, we can deter criminality. With ongoing economic changes, theft might rise over the next few months to years. With these deterrents in place, we hope to safeguard our neighborhoods and families.

Please sign your name, and email so we can reach out to Valley Ranch Master Home-Owner's Association with this idea (Night Patrol). I also encourage my fellow Valley Ranch Residents to attend all public/resident meetings to stay involved. We also request thaf you email Ms. Muchler directly to increase impact.
