Next week, we have a meeting with Judith Cummins MP - whose Bradford South constituency hosts most of Queensbury Tunnel - to discuss National Highways’ renewed abandonment intentions.

If you live in West Yorkshire (particularly in Judith Cummins’ constituency, or those of Naz Shah (Bradford West, covering the north end of the tunnel) or Kate Dearden (Halifax, bordering the south portal)), please use the link below to send a letter to your MP, expressing your concerns about NH’s proposed scheme and asking them to challenge it.

It’s important for MPs to understand that many local people are appalled by the wasting of significant public money just to make a few civil servants feel better about their spreadsheets. The opportunities presented by the tunnel must not be lost to those who are determined to see it as a liability.
