While American adults argue about laws regarding firearms and mental health. Our American children don't have time to wait. Our American children can't wait on those who are mentally ill to seek services and/or criminals to become law abiding citizens. Our American children are out of time. More than 348,000 American children have experienced gun violence at school since Columbine.

The United States Congress is to provide emergency funding and require that all American (public and private) schools install a minimum standard of safety precautions to protect our children. To include (but not limited to) the following; All American schools must be securely gated, have armed security, limited secured entry with double locked badge pass entryways, monitoring system with automatic door locks, metal detectors, and trained and armed personnel (voluntary), effective immediately.
