There are millions of young people, and older people who have been failed by our education system when it comes abuse - physical and emotional. Those elderly who may have felt alone and confused when their abuse took place due to a lack of education and awareness around the topic. If we can introduce this into our curriculum, we are giving so many people the opportunity to not feel alone, and speak up about what is happening.
