South Carolina is the third worst state to drive through, 12 to 14 percent of all fatal accidents in South Carolina are due to distracted drivers.  I propose to the Department of Transportation to place Rumple Strips in the middle of the road to alert drivers when they cross the yellow line.  In my research I have found that several states already have these in place and they have reported a decrease in the number of fatal accidents.
