Petition updateReview an innocent soldier’s wrongful convictionEvidence is available to prove innocence

We asked and I volunteered to submit to HIV phylogenetic analysis before during and after the trial. We've confirmed that both blood samples from Chris Hamilton and I are forensically maintained and still under the control of the US Army HIV Laboratory. The RNA process to conduct the phylogenetic analysis has even been improved. We are demanding that the new Army Secretary order the evidence be made available to the Secretary and the Judge Advocate General. This evidence could have, and can still prove my innocence as I did NOT touch or expose Chris Hamilton to the HIV virus. In light of the witness recanting and with access to the phylogenetic evidence, the US Army MUST review and dismiss my case thereby restoring all my rights and privileges of retirement and back pay damages.
