I volunteered my blood to be analyzed with that of my false accuser hamilton but he and the us army denied the evidence. All of you who have signed on to the petition stand for justice and the evidence is there... I continue to call on the Secretary of the Army to order the test...my blood and that of hamilton are the property of the us army...post trial evidence that, if it had been available at trial and would have changed the outcome MUST BE CONSIDERED... Mr Secretary you have the power and authority to order the test and with the results direct the Judge Advocate General to reopen my case and dismiss the case. What are you afraid of Sir?
