California Governor Gavin Newsom, Bill Moyers, Amy Goodman and Democracy Now

We the people of California are collecting signatures not only on this online petition but also on paper petitions we are taking door to door. We intend to enroll every Californian (no matter their political affiliation/choice for President, etc) in our drive to secure our voting and election process from election fraud. This is being mimicked in each and every of the 50 states in our union.

All state petitions will also be forwarded to all State Senators and State Representatives, President Donald Trump, our Senators and Representatives at the federal level and news sources/international outlets we hope will follow our progress and help us achieve our much needed victory.

There is overwhelming evidence of voter suppression and election fraud in the 2016 California Democratic Presidential primary, as well as many primaries throughout our country and our general election. This is unacceptable.  How can our state/country claim to be governed by the people when the people cannot even guarantee their votes are properly counted? Rather than go into the variety of instances of suppression and fraud we now choose to be proactive in securing our upcoming 2020 primaries and general election.

While it is true our elections are fast approaching, the power of the people when united is undeniable. In 1971, prior to social media and cell phones, a Constitutional amendment was passed granting the right to vote to 18 year olds in 3 months and 8 days. Do not underestimate our ability to achieve our objective.

Alongside our petitions you will find us emailing you and everyone listed individually, calling your offices, having sit ins, marches and rallies for our cause. We refuse to allow election fraud to continue.

What is it we are asking you to do?

Simple. Return to hand counted paper ballots. It is not only the least expensive way to conduct an election, it is the most transparent and verifiable. We have hand counted paper ballots that are tallied with witnesses and videotaped for future accountability.

In Canada the citizenry is enrolled in helping with the electoral process. Hand counted paper ballots are tallied in an evening. I suggest we use them as a role model.

In England when the populace voted for Brexit 3 and 1/2 million people voted on hand counted paper ballots and the votes were tallied within hours. Compare this to the California primary election which took weeks to count.

Given the recent evidence of fraud and collusion by the DNC in relationship to  primary elections, we demand paper ballots that allow us to vote for WHOEVER WE CHOOSE as President (whether or not they ran in a primary and lost the party nomination/whether or not they filed an affidavit to be on the ballot 'in time')

We expect our reasonable demand for a fair and verifiable election to be met. We will not stop until we secure our voting process. All officials thwarting this process will find themselves targeted for removal from office.

We the people are serious about reclaiming our government and placing people into office that will serve our needs and follow our demands.

We the people will join together no matter which Presidential candidate we support to get this accomplished.   In this way We the People KNOW who We the People ACTUALLY ELECT our President. If that President fails to be put into office We the People will seek recourse through whatever peaceful means we can.

As you can see we are quite serious about our elected officials being OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS. We look forward to your positive and proactive response to our petitions and demonstrations.  We look forward to working together to make our country a servant of the people once again.
