David Hencke, Investigative Journalist's blogs add considerable further weight to his view, expressed in an update to this petition 1 month ago, that the route to any kind of justice for #50sWomen through the Parliamentary Ombudsman is at a dead end
The Ombudsman, after 6 long years of investigation interrupted on several occasions, now appears to be preparing to again pass the buck back to Parliament as he is faced with complete intransigence from the Department for Work and Pensions where victims' financial losses are not recognised.
Read for yourself and digest the implications:
Ombudsman dodges recommending any maladministration compensation for 3.5m 50sWomen
DWP paper says paying any maladministration compensation to 3.5m 50sWomen is a major fraud risk
The impartial letters of invitation to mediation sent to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions on behalf of #50sWomen by one of London's top law firms, Garden Court Chambers, who specialise in this arena, are still on the table.
CEDAWinLAW has instructed Professor John Cooper KC, 'One of the Top 10 influential lawyers in the UK', 25BedfordRow.Com via David Greene, Senior Partner, Edwin Coe, to represent all 1950's Women in a Group Class Action against the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions out of The Judge's Report, which sets out in depth the way in which those affected have enforceable rights which have been breached.
The choice for #50sWomen and their many supporters is now between CEDAWinLAW Group Class Action representing the enforceable rights of all #50sWomen, or to follow a seemingly toothless Parliamentary Ombudsman down a blind alley
Surely it's a no-brainer!
