Open Letter without prejudice to WASPI Board from CEDAWinLAW

FAO Angela Madden Chair - Waspi Board & Waspi Board Members

BALANCE OF WASPI FUNDS

The second proposed Waspi Judicial Review fell in April of this year.

Subsequently the Ombudsman was made aware his obligation to address in his - still awaited - final report the enforceable breached rights of 1950's Women out of The Judge's Report. Chief Executive Officer, Ms Rebecca Hilsenrath has yet to set a date to meet with CEDAWinLAW as per her concurrent invitation.

The extraordinary delays in publishing the Ombudsman's report had, much earlier, erroneously been blamed on backto60com's Judicial Review. Messrs Birnberg Peirce's formal notice to the Ombudsman that 'backto60com's Judicial Review was not an obstacle to the Ombudsman's Investigation' fell on deaf ears.

Notably, all arguments were granted for Backto60com's Judicial Review Application for a Supreme Court Hearing but they were not heard due to the Wednesbury Unreasonableness of the Supreme Court's 'out of time' Decision which was later examined by The Judge's Report wherein it was suppressed.

On our behalf, Garden Court Chambers' impartial letters of invitation were sent to the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions to Mediation. Mediation and the Ombudsman's Investigation exist as separate matters: the latter and Mediation are lawfully able to proceed concurrently.

Call Upon Waspi Board

We now call upon the Waspi Board to release, without conditions or obligations, the remaining monies, that which it had crowdfunded (and any funds held in other accounts) regarding matters in hand, to CEDAWinLAW.

Upon considered legal counsel, CEDAWinLAW will review acceptance of these funds, without conditions or obligations, to facilitate its Group Class Action hereunder, on behalf of 1950's Women.

CrowdJustice Class Action

Our knowledge gained in the arena under review herein indicates to us that this call to release the said funds to CEDAWinLAW (for the above sole legal purposes) would be supported by victims and donors.

The sooner matters in hand are progressed the prospects of 1950's Women are likeliest to improve exponentially.

We look forward to the Waspi Board's official response, in due haste.
