We really need this online petition to rise. We set up a paper petition which we have reached nearly 12k and Bear and his Army will present in The gallery when our MP Tom Tugendhat will be presenting it to the House  Commons on the 8th January 2019.  We need to make a change for all future cases for all these children with no voice for sentencing thresholds to be raised for Child Cruelty.
