Orcas (Killer Whales), Dolphins, Walruses, Beluga Whales, Penguins, Sea Lions, Sharks, Otters, and Turtles all suffer from captivity in SeaWorld. SeaWorld fails to take care of their animals. They endure in cramped, unnatural living conditions. The tanks for the whales and dolphins are bathtubs compared to the 100 miles they are supposed swim every day in the ocean. SeaWorld tries to present itself as a family-based company full of fun, “educational” activities. However, these activities harm animals emotionally and physically. SeaWorld has the economic means and ability to create coastal sanctuaries, where the marine life would have a more natural and less tense life and where they could feel the waves, see, sense, and communicate with their wild relatives and other ocean animals, and engage in other essential behavior that they are now denied. Though, the park instead chooses to stay with the same inhumane business that it has used for about 50 years, despite all the violent and deadly accidents and evidence of harm. Please say NO to SeaWorld and its subjection of animals by refusing to buy a ticket to this park, and ask the them to release these animals to sanctuaries.
