Sears building lease for Mini Mall and Fun Center by The Retro-cade Arcade...

We the current owners of The Retro-cade Arcade in Leavenworth Kansas wish to lease the old Sears building in the property formerly known as the Plaza Mall in Leavenworth.

This petition is to impress upon you the owners of the building that the wishes of the community are that The Retro-cade Arcade be given a 2 year lease.

With an option to buy the property at any time and an option to continue the lease every two years up to a total of 10 years.

The community is tired of the building not being used for over ten years causing an eye sore on the city/county as the building has been unmaintained.

The Retro-Cade intends to renovate the building and build a fully functioning fun center and mini mall to promote small business growth in the community.

With these actions they will get rid of the ugly image the community has with this building and promote much need growth in the community along with bringing back something that was beloved by all in the community.

By signing this petition you let the current owners know load and clear the community wishes for this to happen and The Retro-Cade Arcade be given a lease to renovate and bring much need entertainment in a safe environment for the Leavenworth Community.
