These helpless, loving, and loyal support animals of 13 years lost their lives, and the police and prosecutors's refuse to file charges because the pet owner is incompetent i.e. disabled. These poor animals were tortured to death in their own home, and their human care giver thrown out in the street homeless. After many years pf complaining about harassment of herself and her pets, the failure of law enforcement and prosecutors to act on the matter lead to these sweet, innocent creatures being taken from their human companion and horribly murdered - the abusers even entered the apartment unlawfully. Again, numerous calls to 911 went unanswered. Animal control answered once. The prosecutors office in TWO different states refuse to investigate based on the pet owners disability.
