The business in your great city is committing ethics violations and conducting business not in accordance with the law. The business has chose to not only use Nazi similarities to advertise their business but they have also without consent placed a photo of our President on their billboard, banners and bumper stickers. The business is currently selling the Nazi style merchandise for profit with no intentions of paying royalties. The business feels that they can use anybodies image and alter it as they please for the purpose of advertising and monetary gains. This is an unethical practice and should not be allowed to continue. Businesses in your town should be held to the highest standards. The owner used this billboard for the sole purpose of making money, if she intended to just share her views she would have placed her name on the billboard instead of her business. She also has an advertising contract that she signed to have the billboard created and placed. Use of Nazi likeness and then unauthorized use of peoples images for the purpose of advertising for monetary gain should be stopped. The use of any Nazi similarities is a disgrace to all of those who suffered under the hands of the Nazis and those who laid down their lives to rid the world of Nazi rule. It undermines the office of the President and creates and promotes hateful actions toward our elected official.
