Growing Support

I have spoken to several members of the Board of Education today. Please continue to share the petition and to contact the board members. Those I spoke to today did not have answers for how they plan to staff the position at Beddingfield with such a limited amount of time to find a replacement and given the small likelihood that someone will want it as a part-time position. They also were not aware of many of the details of the situation. All that I spoke to did promise to look into the matter. We now have over 500 supporters and I have made an inquiry with another band director in the Eastern District to see if there is anything that the NC Band Masters Association can offer in way of suggested action or support.
