Reopen Sean Bell Case and Justice Served

Reopen Sean Bell Case and Justice Served
The Issue
Hateful and Self Absorbed Police, individuals connected to the police/law and the system are consistently murdering BLACK LIVES daily at an alarming rate, and each time they are indicted, the charges do not stick. They are always justified. The police are not only to blame, the entire system is failing us, although the system was not designed to protect US, at least it is what it seems. We have to protect us.
Sean Bell was murdered by NYPD on the night of November 25, 2006. No justice was served. Protest took place, Civil Rights activist got involved, social media post were created, witnesses questioned and spoke out, and of course a family and community were broken. However though all of this, there was NO JUSTICE SERVED FOR 23 year-old Sean Bell.
Three men were shot by police on the night in question. NYPD officers, to include an undercover Vice Officer, and uniform Police, followed Sean Bell and his friends, the night before his wedding, while they were out partying and enjoying life, doing nothing illegal, which then led to them firing 50 shots at Sean, and two friends who were in the vehicle with him as they went to find parking while the other friends walked up the block. The THREE victims were Sean Bell, Trent Benefield, and Joseph Buzman. FIVE DETECTIVES, only 3 went to trial and all were justified in the MURDERS. The officers who were charged, were charged with : First and Second Degree Manslaughter, First and Second Degree Assault, and Second Degree Reckless Endangerment. ALL FOUND NOT GUILTY! The officers who murdered the three young men names are: Michael Cary, Marc Cooper, Gescard Ishora and Michael Oliver.
We are requesting the law to REOPEN his case and for justice to finally be served in this killing. There was evidence showing they stalked these young men on the evening in question, yet it has been justified and closed. There was a lawsuit for $3.25 million filed by Mr. Bell's family.
Money is great but to continue suing these states after they kill your family members, you are also justifying them doing so by accepting a pay off in response to them murdering the existence of life of such as Sean Bell. a PAYOFF is what they call it. WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR SEAN BELL. We are not his family, but we are a team of Advocates with a Organization/Foundation focused on gaining justice for lives lost to the hands of the Police and system and the streets.
