Let's demand the arrest of charles the man who tied a innocent stray dog in his garage and left him emaciated for weeks as the dog turns a moving skeleton,the cruelty came to light when local teenagers heared his cry inside the garage. Hope (the name given to the dog by the teenagers who rescued him) was sent to the vet by our volunteers to have brief medical examination, as charles is the Secretary of a local religious leader the local police not taking necessary action even they are refusing to file a complaint so please sign the petition and raise voice against animal cruelty and get charles the punishment he deserves
