Animals are impacted every day in Tillsonburg when the bylaw is forcing people to rid of their dogs when they have more than 3 in their homes.

If the bylaw stays the same I and others will be forced to rehome their fur babies, causing shelters to be even fuller requiring them to euthanize more dogs to make room. 

Now is the time to ACT!!! Change the bylaws to end puppy mills. If a home can provide vaccines, spaying and neutering leave the dogs alone. Stop the limit. Or more shelters will be filled and more dogs with being euthanized to make room
