We the students of Lake Howell High School request that Ms. Eglof is not the Assistant Principal of our school next year. Ms. Eglof was not an effective leader at TWMS. Under her leadership morale went downhill and many good teachers left. She makes school miserable. When she was at Tuskawilla she put many rules into place like lunchroom policies meant for kindergarteners. She limited school events like Student Council dances, service projects and charity walks, and forced new unnecessary rules down the throats of teachers, staff, and students. This year, they couldn't even find teachers willing to sponsor Student Council and NJHS. Many administration members left because of her. Staff members left because of her. Even though she is only going to be an assistant principal we have big concerns that she will be overseeing the same students who voiced concerns about her to her bosses. How does standing up and trying to do something good for your past school result in the same problem administrator moving up and staying over you? Ms. Eglof ruined Tuskawilla today, don't let it be Lake Howell tomorrow.
